What you need

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Insurance, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on Business Analyst experience within the insurance industry
  • Proven experience in Life Insurance business, products, operations, and system implementation projects
  • Strong understanding of insurance distribution channels, customer journeys, business processes, and operational workflows
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design support, UAT management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Good understanding of insurance core systems, digital platforms, CRM solutions, APIs, and data integration concepts

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting Partnership Distribution, Bancassurance, Broker, Affinity, or Digital Distribution channels is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
  • Experience participating in Agile ceremonies
