What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
- 10+ years experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment specifically in a supply chain or production-related role focused on complex mechanical and/or electrical assembly.
- At least 5+ years experience in a leadership position.
- Experience building processes & teams from early-stages to mature operating machine.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to the executive team, & potential customers.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
Nice to have
- MBA or Master’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
- Previous experience in defense, aerospace, automotive, high tech, or another related industry.
- Experience with defense procurement and government contracting.
- Proven leadership in driving and influencing large teams toward common goals.
- Strong team player who can adapt to different roles to support team progress, including individual contributor tasks while managing a small team.
