What you need
- 2-5 years of HRBP experience in a technology company, preferably in the software tech industry
- Experience supporting Engineering and/or Product leaders as an embedded HRBP
- Direct ownership experience with compensation and leveling frameworks
- Strong judgment and experience coaching senior leaders
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills
- Self-starter and team player willing to assist on all projects as needed
