What you need

  • Degree or Diploma in Geography, Data Analysis, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Real Estate or relevant field
  • 5-10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, consulting and data centre infrastructure delivery across the APAC & Middle East regions
  • Proven ability in data validation and analysis
  • High comfort level with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and Power BI (or similar) for creating dashboards
  • Excellent presentation skills to communicate data findings to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of ArcGIS Pro or similar GIS platforms
  • Experience with SQL databases or data warehousing
  • Background in Data Centre market research, competitive intelligence, consulting and/or business development
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar advanced analytics tools
