Zoox’s Talent team is seeking an Executive Sourcer to join our Executive Recruiting function. In this pivotal role, you will act as a force multiplier for our Executive Recruiting team, partnering directly with the business to identify the visionary leaders who will drive our mission forward.
This position requires a highly strategic mindset. You will develop recruitment strategies, create data-driven market maps, and uncover passive leadership talent for our most critical Director, VP, and C-Suite roles.
