About the role
Senior Product Manager - Account Team
WalkMe is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Account team. We are seeking a seasoned product leader with a deep understanding of technology and technical architecture. In this role, you will be responsible for building the foundational systems that serve as the backbone for the entire organization, ensuring our product suites are scalable, resilient, and seamlessly integrated.
As one of the world’s leading SaaS companies, WalkMe empowers you to work with creative, passionate innovators driving digital adoption worldwide. Joining the Account team means you won't just be building a feature—you’ll be building the engine that powers the Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) category.
What is the Account Team?
The Account team at WalkMe occupies a unique position in the organization, building the underlying infrastructure, shared services, and internal APIs that empower our own engineering squads to innovate at speed. Beyond internal enablement, the Account team is the primary architect for the Customer Admin persona. We build centralized tools that allow our customers' administrators to manage enterprise-grade deployments, security settings, and user permissions. By providing a robust, high-performance core, we handle the heavy lifting of scalability and data orchestration, ensuring that both our internal teams and our customers’ most power-users have a stable and intuitive foundation to work upon.
What will you actually be doing?
- Empower the Admin Persona: Design and oversee features that allow customer admins to maintain control and visibility, focusing on centralized configuration, security, and governance.
- Bridge Business & Engineering: Translate complex technical constraints into product requirements, acting as the primary interface between core engineering and the rest of the organization.
- Cross-Functional Roadmap Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to ensure platform capabilities meet the needs of various product lines and business units.
- Own the Lifecycle: Lead your Account team initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with both internal and external stakeholder needs.
What should you bring to the table?
- 3+ years of Product Manager experience
- Platform Mindset: Proven ability to build products where the customers include both internal engineering teams and external enterprise administrators.
- Complex Problem Solving: Experience managing high-scale distributed systems and a deep understanding of how changes at the core impact the entire ecosystem.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: A customer-centric approach to product development, using technical telemetry and usage metrics to iterate and prioritize the platform backlog.
- Technical Advantage: Previous experience in Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Technical Support is a significant plus.
- High-level English: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders and articulate a complex technical vision.
