The Role
The Seasonal Suite Servicing Associate supports all functions of the US Open Hospitality suite service and operations team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness and to aid in the operational logistics needed to deliver a world-class client experience at the US Open. This role focuses on the operational support of US Open Hospitality luxury suite clients.
- Serve as the tournament operations point for the US Open Luxury Suite and Service team.
- Develop positive US Open Premier suite client and vendor relationships.
- Assist in on-site US Open suite operations and preparation, including liaising with the NTC Facility Operational team to ensure suites are painted, dressed, and ready for Open for Business.
- Assist in the coordination, planning, and service of US Open luxury suite clients. Tasks may include, but are not limited to: Assist with Suite Planning Guides distribution and follow up (to include transportation, premium upgrades, menu distribution, etc.).
- Coordinate the logistics of pre-tournament luxury suite merchandise orders and assist in the successful delivery and tracking of merchandise orders in tournament.
- Assist in the aggregation, shipping, tracking, and delivery of all Hospitality luxury suite parking assets.
- Assist with coordinating and tracking outbound shipments on behalf of all suite clients.
- During the US Open period, assist with the management of Hospitality Client Representatives.
- Assist in the coordination of Fan Week client communications and servicing.
- Other projects and duties as assigned by the Coordinator, Director, Hospitality Team, and Elevate Sales Team.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Experience in operating at sports team(s) or other live events required.
- Customer-facing experience preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems preferred (e.g., Salesforce).
- Familiarity with Ticketing systems preferred (e.g., Archtics).
- Proficiency with G-suite, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe suite, and Canva preferred.
- Individual must possess a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a professional client-facing demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have capability to remain calm and focused in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment (US Open).
- Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter who can problem solve and handle sensitive client matters with discretion.
