About The Role
We are hiring an Agentic GTM Lead to drive the next generation of AI-powered sales execution across Uber Delivery. This role will partner with Product and Engineering to identify, design, and test high-impact AI-led workflows that improve seller productivity and merchant outcomes. The focus is on early-stage experimentation and validation, ensuring Uber stays ahead of the shift toward agentic, automated commercial systems.
What You'll Do
- Identify high-impact opportunities to automate or reinvent seller workflows across acquisition, onboarding, and expansion
- Design and execute AI-led pilots, including defining hypotheses, success criteria, and measurement frameworks
- Partner with Product and Engineering to translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Evaluate 1P and 3P AI tools, building structured recommendations for investment and adoption
- Quantify impact and define clear pathways to scale successful solutions into the Seller Tech roadmap
