- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, deliveries, and daily jobsite activities.
- Oversee one or more active projects at a time, depending on project size, schedule, and client requirements.

- Maintain strong jobsite safety standards and enforce OSHA and project-specific compliance requirements.
- Review and interpret architectural plans, project specifications, submittals, and field documentation.
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, daily logs, and field communication using Procore or similar construction management software.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, company leadership, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Support work in occupied public facilities, transit environments, municipal buildings, universities, hospitals, and active commercial spaces.
- Remain flexible for occasional night, weekend, or off-shift work when required for MBTA shutdowns or occupied facility access.

- Willingness to travel between active project sites throughout Greater Boston and surrounding Massachusetts markets.
- Flexibility to work occasional nights, weekends, or off-shift schedules when project requirements demand it.
- Demonstrated physical capability to lift and move construction materials weighing 60+ pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior experience with state, municipal, MBTA, DCAM, public-sector, or large-scale commercial building projects.
