Team Rehab is a network of therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy clinics looking for a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join us on a per-diem (PRN) basis.

Responsibilities
The primary focus is delivering excellent healthcare, ensuring patients achieve good outcomes and are satisfied with their therapy experience. Key tasks include:
- Evaluating new patients, developing care plans, and setting measurable, functional goals.
- Treating patients, addressing concerns, and educating them on their injury, progress, and probable outcomes.
- Supervising aides in specific duties.
- Re-evaluating patient progress, revising care plans, and resetting goals.
- Determining patient discharge readiness.
- Writing timely and accurate documentation (evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, daily progress notes) within 72 hours of treatment.
- Utilizing electronic medical records systems.
- Understanding Medicare, BCBSM, and other insurance billing regulations.
- Achieving a reasonable level of productivity (expected 55-60 treatments plus evaluations weekly for full-time therapists in an outpatient orthopedic setting).
- Assisting in developing protocols for common diagnoses.
- Participating in clinic-supported research studies.
- Committing to continuous professional development through company continuing education events and an allocated allowance for approved courses.
