About the role
Technical Lead
Societe Generale Global Solution Centre is seeking a Technical Lead to join their team. This role involves developing code, creating test case scenarios, and adhering to software craftsmanship principles. You will complete assigned learning paths and participate in daily meetings, contributing to the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) in alignment with Agile and IT craftsmanship principles. Engaging in team ceremonies, agile practices, and chapter meetings is essential. The role requires delivering high-quality, reusable code and designs. You will collaborate with other Development teams to define APIs and data access rules, perform bug-free release validations, and generate test and defect reports. Additionally, you will contribute to developing scripts, configuring quality assurance, and automating framework usage, as well as running and maintaining test suites with senior guidance. Support for existing data models, data dictionaries, data pipeline standards, and metadata storage is also expected.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technology stream.
- Hands-on experience in JAVA 8, Spring-boot, Microservices/REST API.
- Clear understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodology.
- Good exposure to programming, design patterns, and object-oriented designs.
- Hands-on experience in developing Unit test cases.
- Excellent communication and team player skills.
