Job Description
What will be your mission?
The Fraud Prevention team is responsible for managing the anti-fraud layers in the payments area, ensuring fraud mitigation while preserving the best user experience. In this position, the main responsibility is to ensure the governance of rules and processes for their implementation.
Your Day-to-Day Activities
- Monitor the Performance of the Anti-Fraud System: Act as a specialist in the system's performance metrics, connecting these metrics to the business's strategic actions. Identify improvement opportunities or challenges. Use data to support strategic decisions, presenting clear analyses on the best paths forward and justifying the impact of proposed actions.
- Create and Validate Processes for Rule Configuration: Develop and implement well-structured processes for configuring and validating anti-fraud rules. Prioritize scalability and efficiency to ensure agility and minimize errors during implementation.
- Manage and Monitor Policies: Implement monitoring mechanisms, creating alerts for all critical processes, as well as for new products and initiatives. Ensure traceability and risk mitigation throughout operational flows.
- Support Projects Focused on Risk Mitigation and Process Scalability: Collaborate on projects aimed at reducing operational errors and ensuring greater scalability and control of processes inherent to the anti-fraud system.
