At R&R Engineers-Surveyors, our Design Engineers are involved in active projects from the beginning, not just production work behind the scenes. You’ll support residential and commercial land development projects through design, permitting, and coordination while working alongside experienced engineers, project managers, municipalities, and multidisciplinary teams. You can expect a combination of Civil 3D design, problem-solving, collaboration, and practical project experience that helps build both technical skills and confidence over time.

What You’ll Do
- Perform engineering calculations for grading, drainage, and utilities
- Assist in preparing construction documents using Civil 3D
- Support development of site plans and surface models
- Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and project managers
- Assist with stormwater design and drainage reports
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
What We’re Looking For
- BS in Civil Engineering
- EIT preferred (not required)
- Experience with Civil 3D or AutoCAD
- Strong communication + problem-solving skills
