Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst to support international assignments. Please note while this role is primarily remote, it requires the flexibility to travel up to 10% as needed for business related activities.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead Sector International Team: Collaborate with all levels to develop and execute sector-wide international strategies and processes and procedures. Responsible for developing/coordinating and leading international Community of Practice (CoP).
- Manage AS International SoW: Maintain international roster of POCs, maintain accountability, provide status updates as required during emergencies. Conduct routine audits to maintain accuracy of international SoW. Maintain/assist in development of international evacuation procedures. Develop/maintain sector PrOP.
- Lead International Travel: Oversees and develops sector international travel processes (iTrip approvals, C-584s, briefings, site integration). Reviews and approves international travel in iTrip. Assists site POCs with C-584 processes. Develops/maintains international travel tracking. Maintains international/regional briefs and ensures development of country specific infographics. Works with sector contingency planning team by providing personnel data for international employees as required by sector CP.
- Contingency Planning Support: Assists sector CP with management and execution of business resiliency/contingency planning SoW. Collaborate with all levels to develop and execute sector-wide contingency planning/crisis management strategies and processes. Assist with developing/coordinating contingency planning Community of Practice (CoP). Update, validate, and maintain contingency planning and crisis management systems of record (Archer, Everbridge, etc.). Assist sector CP at AS site crisis management team (CMT) meetings. Helps prepare site and event summaries for sector CP for obtaining C-888 for all AS site CMT activations. Schedules and coordinates sector CMT after-action reviews as required. Coordinates with AS sites/customer locations to maintain CMT rosters, drive sector standards, and ensure compliance with enterprise and sector requirements.
- Trade Shows: Develops and maintains security support for trade show SOP. Coordinates on-site security support for trade shows. Attend enterprise trade show meetings. Work with other sectors to develop enterprise trade show policies and procedures. Develop trade show security briefings, risk matrix. Attend trade show preparation meetings. Maintain trade show security support SOP. Develop onsite trade show security team to deploy to trade shows where deemed necessary.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree with 8 years of security experience; Masters Degree with 6 years OR an additional 4 years of security experience will be considered in-lieu of a degree.
- Must have an active U.S. Government Secret Clearance at the time of application.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance as well as Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
- Working knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual, ICD 705, ICD 704, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures.
- Must have the ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

- Meticulous record-keeping and responsible for accurate data input into multiple databases/spreadsheets.

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation range listed for this position is location-based and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic location, as well as factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
Primary Level Salary Range: $106,800.00 - $160,200.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow them to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
