About The Role
Highly visible opportunity for an analytical and detail-oriented professional to support Field Operations initiatives related to incentive compensation, territory alignments, and HCP alignments. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver operational support, maintain data accuracy, resolve field inquiries, and improve reporting and business processes that support commercial success.
Your Contributions
- Provide operational support to field teams related to incentive compensation, territory alignments, HCP alignments, and Field Operations tools
- Investigate and resolve data, reporting, and compensation-related inquiries from field personnel and business stakeholders
- Perform quality control checks to ensure data integrity and accurate calculations
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Commercial Analytics, and Sales teams to support aligned business processes and policies
- Assist in developing plan documents, presentations, training materials, FAQs, and reference guides
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate manual processes, and improve operational efficiency
- Support communication and coordination across teams to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in a business, analytics, science, engineering, or other analytical field and 0–2 years of experience in sales operations, analytics, business operations, or a related function within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries. Internship experience and exposure to reporting, data analysis, or sales support environments will also be considered. OR 4 years of applicable experience/training
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other business reporting tools.
- Experience with SQL, CRM systems (Salesforce/Veeva), BI platforms, or data visualization tools is a plus
- Understanding of pharmaceutical sales operations, incentive compensation, or territory alignment processes is preferred but not required
- Exposure to relational databases, data warehousing, process mapping, or master data management is beneficial
- Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or experience and begins to learn Neurocrine's business. Has basic knowledge of practices and procedures within own discipline. Developing skill and abilities with tools used in the job family or discipline.

The hourly rate we reasonably expect to pay is $30.97-$41.37. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 15% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
