What we extquotesingle{}re looking for: A Product Manager focusing on how MSL deploys, governs and scales AI agents across the agency. What You extquotesingle{}ll Do: You extquotesingle{}ll work alongside the SVP, AI Enablement Lead & MSL extquotesingle{}s Chief Digital & Talent Officers extemdash{} partnering across pillars and Centers of Excellence to operationalize the systems, governance structures, and knowledge infrastructure that make agentic PR work possible and repeatable. You extquotesingle{}ll map intelligent agents to real communications workflows, own how those agents are documented and governed, and help define what it means for a PR agency to operate with AI at its core. If you are OBSESSED with AI and are a curious learner, this role was built for you.Responsibilities
- Drive and support the product management layer and systems management of MSL extquotesingle{}s agentic ecosystem, mapping agents to communications workflows across earned media, creative content, strategy and account management.
- Build and maintain governance frameworks that define how agents are deployed with monitored, updated, and retired - responsible AI in practice extemdash{} you own the best practice playbook and internal approvals & submissions.
- Steward MSL extquotesingle{}s AI knowledge base: prompt libraries, staging files, proper taxonomy and use case documentation, keeping our Ai operating components organized so teams can actually use them and extract value.
- Contribute to enablement and onboarding infrastructure so adoption scales beyond early adopters.
- Stay close to the external AI product landscape, what extquotesingle{}s shipping at startups, what extquotesingle{}s emerging in agentic frameworks, what extquotesingle{}s relevant for communications and happening across the competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in product management, agentic systems, or AI operations-you have deployed, tested and shipped AI solutions.
- Deep familiarity with LLM-based tools including Microsoft Copilot and Anthropic extquotesingle{}s Claude.
- You embrace change with scenario planning and have the ability to be calm, flexible and adaptable under pressure.
- Comfortable mapping technology to human workflows - you extquotesingle{}ve sat in the room with the operators and translated what the tool does into how people actually work.

Compensation Range: $60,800.00 - $93,600.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
