Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer at Mondelēz International
Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.
Responsibilities:
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
- Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
- Order product via iPad Tablet for shelf and display to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Ensure leading Nabisco brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’ guidelines.
- Verify that Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues to the management team.
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
- Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
- Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Positive and professional attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Ability to perform physical activities including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet defined physical activities.
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
- Must live within a 25-35 mile range from the primary location: Westchester, IL (Secondary location: Wheaton, IL).
- Schedule availability required: Sunday-Thursday, with start times between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM.

- Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 based on relevant experience.
