Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for the Offroad sector, you will be responsible for the comprehensive support of our strategically important customers. Your primary goal is to build sustainable customer relationships, successfully implement projects, and jointly develop suitable solutions with the LUIS team. Your focus will be on acquiring and supporting medium-sized and large OEM customers, particularly manufacturers of mobile work machines in the Offroad industry.

  • Build, maintain, and strategically develop new and existing customer relationships.
  • Conduct regular on-site customer visits for needs analysis, consultation, and project support.
  • Oversee the introduction of new products in coordination with customers, project management, and development.
  • Monitor market and competition, identifying new potentials.
  • Present product solutions, innovations, and concepts at trade fairs, customer events, and internal meetings.
  • Develop customer-specific offers in close collaboration with internal sales, technical sales (Customer Solutions & Innovation), and management.
  • Actively participate in pricing, contract negotiations, and offer follow-up.
  • Collaborate closely with internal colleagues from sales, technical sales, and export to ensure smooth operations.
  • Serve as the point of contact for technical inquiries and the interface between customers and product development.
  • Maintain customer information in the CRM system and provide regular reports to sales management.

What We Expect From You

Education and Experience:
  • Technical training or a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Vision, or Industrial Engineering is desirable.
  • Several years of experience in account management for technical products and AI software.
  • Enthusiasm for the future fields of Computer Vision, Neural Networks, and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Knowledge of our segment, i.e., camera monitor systems, driver assistance systems, artificial intelligence.
  • Project management experience is desirable.
  • International travel required.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Additional foreign languages, such as Spanish, are a plus.
