Job Summary
The Coordinator is responsible for managing, coordinating, and implementing all phases of multiple construction projects from planning and design to construction and completion. This position will track various projects to ensure project completion remains on schedule and within budget.  If problems are identified, this position will work with management to identify and correct issues to get the project back on track as soon as possible.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Plans, designs, and manages all aspects of projects including defining scope, cost estimates, and specifications
  • Maintain data collection processing and analyze data
  • Collaborate with staff during all phases of the project
  • Participates in meetings with staff and clients
  • Works with others to identify, prepare and process change orders
  • Identifies and works with management to identify issues quickly
  • Ensure accurate reporting time which is coded to appropriate job by payroll deadline
  • Assist in preparing material and application submittals when required by contract conditions, or when necessary
  • Prepare job and customer information for entry
  • Assist the Construction Manager with the formulation of the job control set-up, cost codes, and developing job labor studies
  • Support company safety program
  • Assist in timely submission of all proposals on assigned projects
  • Exhibit cooperation and teamwork with all members of the organization ensuring that all communication is handled promptly, thoroughly, and with courtesy and professionalism

Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or other related field or equivalent and applicable work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a construction coordinator
  • Prior estimating experience preferred
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent data analytics skills
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Multi-tasking capabilities
  • Outstanding customer service skills

Work Environment:

  • Indoor office setting with controlled temperature.
  • Outdoor industrial sites with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, weather extreme, uneven terrain, or other environmental factors.
  • Fabrication shops with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, or other environmental factors.
  • Travel requirements: up to 10% of time.

This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
