VOS MISSIONS

En charge d’un portefeuille grands comptes, vos principales missions et responsabilités seront les suivantes :
  • Identifier les opportunités et les besoins de vos clients via un relationnel de proximité (compréhension des enjeux et des problématiques de chaque client) localisés en France et en Europe.
  • Réaliser la négociation et le closing en collaboration avec la Direction et les équipes opérationnelles et techniques.
  • Piloter les réponses aux appels d’offres entrants.
  • Collecter les informations auprès des clients pour contribuer à l’amélioration de l’offre de l’entreprise.
  • Valoriser l’offre globale de Linedata auprès du client.
  • Être le garant de la bonne exécution du contrat avec le client et les parties prenantes de l’entreprise.
  • Prendre soin de vos clients et vous assurer de leur satisfaction afin d’entretenir avec eux une relation positive et pérenne.
  • Au niveau de notre CRM, réaliser le reporting, le suivi des affaires générées et structurer les informations collectées auprès des prospects afin d’améliorer notre efficience commerciale.

Votre profil

  • You have a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Computer Science Engineering or Business School.
  • You have a maximum of 5 years of experience in selling IT solutions with a software publisher, integrator, or operator.
  • You are accustomed to managing strategic accounts and interacting with high-level stakeholders.
  • You are familiar with B2B sales and contracting processes, ideally in finance or software publishing.
  • You have the ability to promote our technical offers and services to decision-makers.
  • Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to work in a team and build close relationships with your clients.
  • You have organizational, anticipation, and analytical skills; you are a good listener, have strong relational skills, are tenacious, and driven by a spirit of conquest.
  • You speak fluent English.
  • Proficiency in office tools (MS Pack Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint…) is essential.
  • You can work independently and have a good sense of initiative.
