As a Lead, Partnership Strategy & Governance, you will be instrumental in shaping our brands and businesses through strategic partnerships within the Sports & Entertainment Industry. Responsibilities
You will lead the governance and operations of sports and entertainment partnerships, driving innovative marketing channels to build brand equity and long-term growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Head of Sports & Entertainment Marketing in developing comprehensive strategies and evaluating partnership opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders on all partnership initiatives.
- Working closely with agency vendors to ensure process automation and reporting accuracy.
- Supporting the development of research frameworks for ROI analysis of partnerships.
- Influencing category marketing, central marketing, consumer insights, sales, finance, legal, procurement, and agency partners.
- Participating in senior leadership presentations and discussions.
- Ensuring compliance and mitigating financial, legal, and reputational risks through collaboration with functional partners.
- Applying consumer insights to inform sports partnerships and campaign strategies.
- Analyzing data to refine strategies and assess market performance.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in sports and entertainment marketing, preferably within a CPG company or agency side (advertising, consulting, media).
- Creative innovator passionate about leveraging partnerships for strategic business impact.
- Proven experience in developing and executing sports/entertainment partnerships, emphasizing collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with cross-functional team experience.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with adaptability and flexibility.
