Responsibilities
- Developing new features mostly for the backend part
- Integrations with payment systems, developing anti-money laundering module
- Development of AI tool for Customer Support, evolve Customer Acquisition flow
- Development of API for integration with trading platform
- Optimization, and improvement of the product
- Taking part in technical architecture and design
- Performing code review, production support
- Participating in Scrum and OKR retrospectives and planning to provide feedback and synchronize on new development within the team
- Writing unit/integration tests and docs for implemented functionality
Requirements
- 4+ years of Ruby development experience
- Strong knowledge of design patterns, basic algorithms, and data structures
- Experience with design scalable web applications
- Experience with Ruby on Rails 6+
- Expertise in working with databases (MySQL, Postgres, Redis)
- Skills in writing unit/integration tests
Will be a plus
- Experience in fintech
- Experience with service architecture and RabbitMQ
- Experience with GraphQL
- Experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript
- Experience in integration with third party payment providers
