Technology Transfer Engineer

This role is responsible for transforming emerging technologies and engineering innovations into scalable, reliable production solutions.
You’ll lead technology transfer initiatives from early validation through full-scale manufacturing implementation.
Working across R&D, engineering, manufacturing, quality, legal, and business teams, you’ll ensure technical knowledge moves effectively from development into operations.
The position combines process engineering, project management, technical documentation, training, risk management, and continuous improvement.
You’ll help optimize manufacturing processes, resolve technical challenges, and establish the controls needed to consistently meet demanding quality standards.
The role offers exposure to international teams and opportunities to support process benchmarking and technology implementation across locations.
