Manager, Finance

This role provides financial leadership across multiple areas of a large, mission-driven organization delivering essential services to communities.
You will oversee accounting, budgeting, reporting, financial analysis, and day-to-day finance operations while leading a team of finance professionals.
The position combines hands-on financial management with strategic guidance to support informed operational and organizational decisions.
You will partner with senior leaders, operational teams, auditors, vendors, and other stakeholders to strengthen financial performance and accountability.
A key focus will be improving internal controls, operational efficiency, reporting quality, and financial processes.
