Construction Manager/Superintendent

This is a senior field leadership opportunity supporting a critical federal aviation infrastructure project focused on runway rehabilitation. You will oversee daily construction operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual requirements. As the primary field representative, you will work closely with program and project leadership, engineers, government representatives, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. The role requires strong construction expertise across scheduling, quality, safety, cost control, and field coordination. Your leadership will be especially important in an active airfield environment where operational requirements and demanding schedules must be carefully managed.
