Traveling Superintendent

This is a hands-on construction leadership role responsible for overseeing commercial projects from pre-construction through completion. You will direct daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The role requires strong planning, scheduling, cost-control, and communication skills across a variety of commercial construction environments. You will serve as a key point of coordination between project teams, owners, building representatives, design professionals, and field personnel. Success means keeping projects on schedule, identifying issues early, and maintaining quality while protecting safety and client expectations.
