The Role
- Gather and investigate information on the capabilities of IT services and competing solutions.
- Stay current with advancements in hardware and software technologies.
- Translate high-level strategies into detailed network and system requirements.
- Design interfaces and integrate network and system elements for seamless operation.
- Assess system performance using defined evaluation criteria and technical measures.
- Provide technical liaison and support to understand and shape customer requirements.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ years of experience in IT.
- 10+ years of experience in network and system administration/engineering.
- 10+ years of experience with various cloud technologies.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
