About the role
About The Role
Provide pre-sales technical support to drive revenue and cloud adoption. Conduct technical discovery and assessment workshops to identify pain points and gather requirements, including Well-Architected Reviews and TCO analysis. Architect client solutions using a well-architected framework methodology to meet specific requirements. Communicate proposed architectures clearly during the pre-sales cycle for validation. Act as a technology evangelist, educating prospects and customers on suitable cloud solutions. Collaborate on technical collateral creation and provide formal training to sales staff.
What You'll Need
- Relevant industry-leading certification like AZ-305 (Azure Solutions Architect - Expert).
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure and AWS public cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with containerization and virtualization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Understanding of IaaS/PaaS/SaaS platforms and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery principles, regulatory compliance frameworks (PCI, HIPAA, GDPR), and database technologies.
- Expertise in networking, compute, storage, and OS fundamentals.
