GovCIO is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network/System Architect to join our fully remote team. This role is crucial in shaping the future of our IT infrastructure, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather and investigate information on company service capabilities and competing solutions.
- Stay current with hardware and software developments.
- Generate quantifiable requirements based on customer needs and system design.
- Translate high-level strategies into network and system specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering disciplines for detailed implementation requirements.
- Establish and coordinate standards, practices, and procedures for network and system development.
- Design interfaces and integrate network and system elements for cohesive operation.
- Assess performance using evaluation criteria and technical performance measures.
- Provide customer liaison and support for business development and requirements shaping.
- Coordinate the planning, design, and installation of equipment.
