Role Requirements
- Client Service: Provide exceptional service via calls, email, and in-person. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong relationships.
- Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry, including account opening, transfers, and other requests. Process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
- Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently to handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, preparing meeting materials, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives. Update SOPs and execute the branch business plan.
- Technology: Strong computer literacy with a willingness to learn new technology and programs (e.g., MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office).
