About the team
Every Product Marketing Manager (PMM) at DataDome plays a highly visible, strategic, and cross-functional role in our journey. Our team operates in a fast-paced, collaborative, and fun culture that is excited about helping customers protect themselves against sophisticated bots and cyberfraud. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, you will be based in our NYC or Paris office. This new role enables you to collaborate with world-class product and marketing teams, translating complex technical capabilities into clear customer value and category leadership. You will own how DataDome defines and enables trusted relationships in a world of AI agents, where ecommerce will begin to transition from direct human to agent-to-agent interactions. You’ll lead the go-to-market strategy and execution throughout the product lifecycle, creating impactful product messaging and collateral, enabling sales and partner teams, and supporting evangelism and demand generation efforts with the marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve DataDome’s product positioning and messaging for AI-driven threats, agent trust, and anti-fraud solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of AI agents, bots, LLM-driven automation, and emerging trust frameworks.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify differentiation and white-space opportunities.
- Create marketing & communication plan for new product launches and feature releases aligned to the target audiences.
- Create compelling, differentiated value propositions, use cases & narratives with a clear understanding of target customer personas’ needs and core capabilities of the offering.
- Collaborate with marketing to produce content including product collateral, thought leadership and solution presentations, website content, videos, blogs, bylined articles and more to execute communication strategies and accelerate the buyer journey.
- Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap priorities based on customer, market and analyst insights.
- Partner with our revenue and account teams to maintain a coordinated go-to-market and sales enablement strategy.
- Lead enablement training sessions on new products and solutions.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of product marketing and/or management experience in the cybersecurity or fraud prevention industry, with some experience at a high-growth or scale-up company.
- Expert content creation skills across multiple mediums, including video, whitepapers, blogs, customer decks, product and solution briefs.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual capabilities across multiple communication channels for highly technical buyers (security teams, engineers, data scientists).
- Demonstrated experience in technology marketing, including the ability to take technical concepts and communicate them to both business and technical audiences.
- Advanced project management skills with the ability to manage competing deliverables and timelines.
- Detail oriented and able to turn around mockups, edits, etc quickly.
- Experience or interest in using AI and AI agents within the marketing function as well.
- Comfort acting as a public-facing spokesperson (events, webinars, analyst briefings).
- Native or strong English speaker. French language a plus.
