What the job really is
About the Role
This is a true 0→1 operator seat sitting directly alongside the founding team of a fast-growing AI startup disrupting the $600B global recruitment industry. You'll work across product, growth, operations, and partnerships — owning whatever moves the company forward fastest. It's as close to building your own company as it gets, with a head start.
What You'll Do
Drive founder-priority projects end-to-end, from new market initiatives through to strategy and execution.
Own the candidate experience and funnel — improving conversion, quality, and outcomes at scale.
Design and implement scalable operational processes that keep pace with rapid growth.
Support go-to-market efforts including messaging, experiments, and partnership development.
Translate real-world candidate and company feedback into actionable product priorities.
What We're Looking For
Someone who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and genuinely enjoys owning complex workflows end-to-end.
Motivated by driving real outcomes — not just supporting others, but leading initiatives independently.
Comfortable operating at pace with high standards and sharp thinking as the baseline.
Background in strategy, operations, growth, or early-stage company building (roughly 2–6 years of relevant experience).
Interested in a fast track toward founding, general management, or an early executive role.
Ability to work and live in San Francisco full-time, in-person with the founding team — this role is intensely non-remote.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
On-site in San Francisco, CA. The team works and lives together in close proximity — zero commute, fast feedback loops, and high-energy in-person collaboration are core to how this team operates.
