The Work:
As the Oracle Fusion Cloud - EPM Integration Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems. Your day-to-day work will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing integration strategies that ensure data flows efficiently between various business applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify integration requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver robust solutions that support business objectives. Your role will also include monitoring integration performance, maintaining system integrity, and proactively addressing potential challenges to minimize disruptions. Lead the integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud with EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and define technical specifications. Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between Oracle Fusion Cloud and EPM modules. Oversee end-to-end integration processes, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing technical support as needed. Develop and maintain integration documentation, best practices, and process flows. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and post-implementation support. Stay updated on Oracle Fusion Cloud and EPM integration trends and recommend improvements.
Here’s what you need:
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, EPM modules, and integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and SOAP APIs, and data mapping utilities.
Familiarity with process automation, data migration techniques, and cloud-based security protocols will enhance your ability to deliver effective solutions.
Previous involvement in large-scale system integrations, managing end-to-end project lifecycles, and working within agile environments will further support your success. Your ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead integration initiatives will be key assets in this dynamic role.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
