What you need

  • 15+ years of progressive construction leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience delivering large scale data centers or other mission critical facilities
  • Strong core and shell construction experience on complex commercial, industrial, mission critical, or advanced manufacturing projects
  • Proven experience managing General Contractors on behalf of an Owner, developer, program manager, EPCM organization, or similarly accountable project delivery organization
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong safety culture
  • Strong track record managing construction quality, schedule predictability, cost performance, and project risk

Nice to have

  • Data center construction experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with hyperscale, cloud, colocation, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or other mission critical facilities
  • Previous Construction Director, Core & Shell Director, Project Director, Senior Construction Manager, Senior Project Manager, or comparable leadership experience
  • Experience delivering major capital projects or multi project campus environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
