What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in leave administration, disability management, accommodations, or related HR programs
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience leading programs, projects, or teams
- Strong knowledge and practical application of federal and state leave and disability laws, including FMLA, ADA, PWFA, CFRA, HIPAA, and paid family leave programs
- Familiarity with California statutory leave and disability programs required
- Experience overseeing third-party leave administrators and vendor relationships
Nice to have
- Experience administering or coordinating workers’ compensation claims preferred
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CLMS) preferred
