What you need
- 10+ years of experience in payments technology as a software engineer, product manager, or related functions
- Experience launching new initiatives involving designing and building APIs, O11y, private networking, enterprise authentication systems, and other software developer-related technologies
- Deep experience working in banking and/or payments gateways
- Experience with AS/400 servers, ISO8583, ISO20022, and similar technologies
- Broad proficiency across the payments ecosystem including DUKPT encryption, EBCDIC encoding, and ISO8583 messaging
- Strong opinions on software architecture and ability to advocate for operationalized systems
