What you need
- CPA or JD (LLM, Master of Tax, or relevant tax practice experience)
- 3+ years experience in a Big 4, law firm, and/or equivalent in-house environment supporting multinational digital enterprises on tax planning
- Recent experience providing practical business facing guidance regarding U.S. and/or non-U.S. tax issues pertaining to international digital businesses and digital products
- Familiarity with direct and indirect tax concepts (e.g., US income tax, US withholding tax, and US tax reporting, treaty PEs and other pertinent concepts, transfer pricing, US SALT, and non-US VATs, DSTs, and non-US reporting)
