What you need
- Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical subject or relevant substitute experience
- 1-3 years relevant work experience as a support representative in a small or medium sized business
- Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Basic SQL and HTML experience

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
