About this role
As an Onsite IT Administrator, you will ensure the stable and secure operation of IT infrastructure on-site, including servers, networks, clients, and printers. You will be the first point of contact for IT inquiries from employees, manage onboarding and offboarding processes, and proactively monitor and maintain systems to prevent issues. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is key to maintaining consistent standards and high system availability.

What you need
- Completed training or degree in computer science, IT system administration, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in IT support or system administration
- Good knowledge of Windows client administration (ideally also macOS) and Active Directory / Microsoft 365

- Experience with hardware, peripherals, and troubleshooting client and network issues
