What you need
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a mechanical discipline
- Minimum of 8+ - 12+ years experience working in a consulting firm
- REVIT and the latest version of AutoCAD MEP experience
- Possesses sufficient knowledge to prepare red-line markups for CAD personnel to pick-up
- Knowledge to read, review and evaluate floor plans, sections, and elevations and visualize three-dimensional space in building construction
- Possesses expertise in trade specific design and calculation software

- Knowledge of SKM Software and ability to perform Short Circuit coordination and Arch Flash Studies, highly preferred
