About this role

As a Junior Credit Management Analyst at SumUp, you'll be responsible for contacting merchants to collect overdue subscription payments and negotiate repayment agreements. You'll also handle billing inquiries, manage cases in Salesforce, process account changes, and collaborate with debt collection agencies on complex cases, all while working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams.
