- 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, go-to-market growth, corporate development, payments, or a related field

- Experience leading commercial discussions or negotiations using established deal strategies and frameworks
- Experience working in a product-centric environment with meaningful internal and external dependencies

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence internal and external stakeholders
