What you need
- 3+ years of experience in aerospace precision metal fabrication, forming, cutting, fitting with emphasis on welded sheet metal assemblies
- Demonstrated experience with at least one of the following: TIG, MiG, Laser welding or other aerospace-appropriate welding techniques for stainless steel or nickel
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong commitment to craftsmanship, consistency and quality
- Ability to develop creative solutions for non-standard fitments, difficult joints, and challenging fabrication conditions
- Ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints and technical specifications
