About this role
As a Clinical Care Navigator at Spring Health, you will provide clinical support and psychoeducation to members through outbound calls, assisting them with mental health, substance use, and relationship concerns. What you need
- LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist
- Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience
- Expertise in crisis assessment and safety planning
