What you need
- 6–10 years in LiveOps, game operations, product marketing, promotions or growth operations for a consumer mobile product
- Experience managing at least one or two operators directly or a clear step-up into management
- Evidence of running a title's economy, including prize curves and entry-fee tiering
- Experience with campaign and segmentation tooling (CleverTap, Braze, MoEngage, WebEngage or an internal admin portal)
- Comfortable pulling data in SQL or a BI tool
- Experience running a measured experimentation practice with control groups or holdouts
