What you need
- 8+ years of direct Project Management experience delivering customer-facing, enterprise technical projects within a Professional Services or Consulting organisation
- Previous experience with managing customers from Financial Services, Government, Healthcare industries
- Track record of managing multiple complex, high-visibility client engagements concurrently in a fast-paced technology environment
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, exercising strong judgment and decision-making in ambiguous, high-pressure customer situations
- Expert knowledge of modern project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana) as well as Google Workspace
- Fluent written and spoken French and English skills
Nice to have
- Recognised credentials like Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, knowledge of Agile/Scrum (CSM, PMI-ACP), or Lean frameworks
- Technical Background: Prior hands-on experience or foundational knowledge in Data Management, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data Protection, Enterprise Storage, Cybersecurity, or SaaS delivery is a strong plus
- Financial acumen regarding professional services metrics (e.g., revenue recognition, margin, utilisation, project profitability)
- Experience contributing to PMO governance practices
