What you need
- 10+ years of experience across technical program management, engineering program management, product development, or closely related roles
- 2+ years of people leadership, with experience developing TPMs or other technical program leaders
- Experience building or materially evolving program-management practices in a growing technology organization
- A track record leading large, technically complex initiatives involving multiple engineering and product teams
- Strong technical fluency, comfortable learning systems quickly and discussing architecture, APIs, data flows, platforms, technical constraints, and engineering trade-offs
- Demonstrated strength in dependency management, risk management, technical planning, and launch readiness
