About this role

As a Project and Operational Change Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of projects and operational change initiatives within Oodle's Operational Change team. Your responsibilities include planning, governance, and collaboration with stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives, while managing a team of Operational Change Analysts and Junior Project Managers. You will also oversee the Operational Change Roadmap, ensuring that initiatives are prioritized and aligned with business needs.
