What you need
- 15+ years of experience in applications engineering, systems engineering, ideally within energy storage, power generation, or industrial electrical equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Electrical Engineering strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience spanning electrical, mechanical, and software (EMS) systems, including high voltage, low voltage, controls, and communication architectures
- Proven ability to lead technical requests from intake through resolution, including ownership of formal engineering change management (ECM) processes
- Strong system level thinking, able to assess how a change in one subsystem (electrical, mechanical, or software) affects the system as a whole
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical detail for varied audiences (customers, sales, engineering, leadership)
