What you need
- Master’s Degree in Nursing with specialty from an accredited program
- Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Medical Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP/APRN/AGACP) in the state of Colorado
- Valid DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate
